What is body-centered personal coaching?
A leading-edge approach to personal coaching which can accelerate positive change for individuals and couples.
It engages the wisdom of your entire body to make the inner shifts and outer choices which bring you into greater harmony with yourself, others and the universe-at-large.
As your felt-sense of harmony with who you are deepens, you naturally create and take the action steps needed to increase your happiness and the velocity of your success in your life, relationships and work.

What are the benefits?
Clients report deeply felt and lasting changes in themselves and their relationships at home and work.
These shifts include: a deeper sense of inner well-being, greater spontaneity, less struggle, increased playfulness, the ability to participate fully and creatively with life as it occurs and the ability to create continuous, positive change in day-to-day living.
Clients also report increases in material and financial well-being as they grow in their personal and professional fulfillment and creativity.

How is it different from psychotherapy?
Body-centered coaching employs a learning paradigm, which assumes your wholeness and ability to learn how to make your life, relationships and work more easeful and fulfilling right now.
The therapy paradigm requires that you first identify a wound or something wrong with you before you can succeed. It often focuses on past events, which can keep you from moving forward with your life.
Body-centered coaching invites you to consciously design your life and to take action steps toward your chosen goals. The act of doing these things may pull past events to the surface, but they emerge and are addressed in the context of a forward-moving journey into your future.

How is it different from other coaching approaches?
Most personal coaching approaches don't consciously and intensively focus on the wisdom of your entire body to create change. Body-centered coaching does.
It's a whole-body, whole-brain approach that empowers you to draw upon your own organic body-wisdom and cognitive abilities to create a life that's in harmony with you.
Body-centered coaching also focuses on how to deal directly and effectively with the three potentially troublesome feelings--fear (especially of the unknown), anger, and sadness--that inevitably emerge during the change process.
If these feelings are not successfully handled, they can stop you in your tracks, or even keep you from getting started in the first place.
Body-centered coaching teaches you how to love and learn from all of your feelings as you take the action steps that move you into your greatest creativity, happiness and success in your relationships and life.
